For Franchise Partners

A beauty franchise
that works as a portfolio asset.

¥5.55 million of monthly revenue and ¥810,000 of operating profit, from 15 tsubo (about 50 m²).
LashRush is an eyelash franchise that wins on productivity per hour.

  • Industry standard 45 minutes → LashRush 15 minutes
  • Revenue per hour ¥6,000 → ¥22,000
  • Training 3–6 months → 2 weeks

3 Anomalies Three numbers that break the industry rules

01
15min

Treatment time per guest

One guest in 15 minutes.

Our own technology turns a 45-minute industry-standard treatment into 15 to 20 minutes.

In the same working day, one stylist can serve three to four times as many guests. That turnover feeds straight through into the profitability of the salon.

02
¥22,000

Revenue per hour

¥22,000 of revenue per hour.

About 3.6 times the industry average of ¥6,000.

Because productivity is more than three times higher, profit builds from seat utilisation alone, without raising the price per guest. You are not dragged into a price war.

03
2weeks

Until the first treatment

Two weeks from training to the floor.

About ten times faster than the three to six months the industry usually takes.

Our own curriculum brings staff with no experience up to speed quickly. It is designed so that a new hire starts contributing to revenue soon after joining.

Flagship Performance The real figures from our own salon

These are the results of LashRush Laspa Nishi-Yamato, one of our own salons, in Nara Prefecture.
With a comparable location and size, a franchised salon can be modelled on the same case.

Who Joins The owners who join us

👥

Beauty salon owners who struggle to hire

The problem: People leave. They do not grow into the role. Recruitment advertising keeps adding up.

What LashRush offers: Two weeks to the salon floor, and an organisation designed around the life events of its staff, lift retention.

💇‍♀️

Hair salons that want to add eyelash treatments

The problem: We want another menu, but we cannot read the training cost or the payback period.

What LashRush offers: Short training and an operation that runs in a small space, so you can start with a few seats inside your existing salon.

📊

Owners of existing eyelash salons

The problem: It does not earn as much as we expected. Spend per guest and revenue per hour have both plateaued.

What LashRush offers: Convert to a model that earns ¥22,000 per hour. Same location, same headcount, a different profit structure.

🏢

Companies running several franchise brands

The problem: We want a format in the portfolio that needs little investment, returns quickly and runs on few people.

What LashRush offers: An eyelash franchise as a portfolio asset: 15 tsubo, a small team, and it runs.

🚀

Companies from other industries starting something new

The problem: We have never worked in beauty. We do not know where to start.

What LashRush offers: Headquarters supports hiring, training and day-to-day operation end to end. Several owners have opened a salon from zero experience.

Recruitment Power Hiring and training are the real difference

The biggest worry for a franchise owner is that nobody applies, and that the people who do join leave.
LashRush has solved that with systems, in its own salons first.

Our Philosophy

When life changes, the salon moves too.

In autumn 2026, LashRush opens a salon in Nagoya.

That opening was decided so that staff whose lives are changing — marriage, a move to another city — would have somewhere to keep working.

People's lives come before headquarters' profit.
That is what we mean when we say we put people first.

We would like the owners who join us to share that culture.

Founder's Message

A franchise designed from the salon floor, by a gold-prize stylist.

I won a gold prize at international competition as an eyelash stylist, and I have spent years working with guests' eyes on the salon floor.

That is why we have solved, one by one and with systems, the problems franchise owners meet on that floor: hiring is hard, training cannot keep up, you get dragged into a price war.

LashRush is not a system for making money. It is a system for being able to keep going.

We would be glad to hear from you.

FAQ Frequently asked questions

Q.I have never worked in the beauty industry. Can I still join?
A.Yes. Several owners from other industries with no experience in beauty have joined us. Headquarters supports hiring, training and day-to-day operation end to end, so you do not need to work on the salon floor yourself.
Q.How much floor area do I need?
A.The standard model for our own salons is 15 tsubo (about 50 m²). Depending on the location and the number of seats we propose somewhere between 10 and 20 tsubo (about 33 to 66 m²). Running well in a small space is one of the strengths of this format.
Q.How long until I get my investment back?
A.It depends on the location, the size and how quickly you hire, but 6 to 20 months is the guide. Our own salon at Laspa Nishi-Yamato produces ¥5.55 million of monthly revenue and ¥810,000 of operating profit.
Q.Besides the franchise fee, what other initial costs are there?
A.Property acquisition, interior fit-out, and fixtures and equipment are charged separately. We produce an individual projection for you at the briefing, based on the area and the property.
Q.How far does headquarters support go?
A.Hiring, training, product supply, social media marketing, the salon operating manual and technical updates — end to end. That leaves you free to concentrate on running the business.
Q.Is the 4% royalty based on revenue or on profit?
A.On revenue. It is a simple calculation, which makes each month’s numbers easy to read.
